Do The Activator Tracks Contain Subliminal Suggestions ? Or merely a musical track ?

Im little confused about it…

So far I understand:

– The programmer track contains silent affirmations
– How exactly is the programming activated in these activator tracks ? Do they use subliminal affirmations as in the programmer track ?

Please help me out lol

At what point can you move on from UM1/2/3/4. I m so bored listening to the same thing all the time. I know it is not recommended to be jumping from one track to the next but I can t stay stuck otherwise my membership will be over with before I ve used all the tracks. Please help. Thank you

is there an ideal limit to the number of different programs that I should do concurrently at a time? Also how long should I listen to a program daily in general before it takes effect?

I do not find the audio original Brain Supercharger; only mindscripting audios?
